Within Tbilisi, a courier will come to your address to collect your cassettes.

How do I receive my digitized videos?

You will receive a secure online download link for your videos. The link will be active for 10 days and will provide you with exclusive access. After you download the files, they will be saved on your computer and removed from our server.

Will my cassettes be returned?

Yes, a courier can return your cassettes to you upon request.

When will the courier arrive?

The courier will arrive on the same day as your order or the following business day.

We accept online payments with cards from all Georgian banks.

In the event that a cassette cannot be digitized for any reason (e.g., a technical malfunction, a blank or damaged tape, or other similar circumstances), the digitization fee will be refunded, excluding the cost of courier service.

The price for digitizing one cassette is 30 GEL.

A discount applies to orders of more than 10 cassettes.
